I will gladly accept returns if you are not happy. I will not refund shipping charges on any returns and it is up to the buyer to pay any shipping to return item. Unless there was an error on your order that was not your fault which I will gladly refund the shipping charges for the item to be shipped back.
SHIPPING INFO
I ship via Canada Post. Almost all my packages will go small package (USA) and letter mail (Canada) which is the most economical for my customers. However, this does not provide me with a tracking number. If you would like to have your package tracked and insured, please contact me before buying as it is a bit more.
